The second dinner of our Farm to Table Series will feature a delectable five-course meal created by Benjamin Walmer, executive chef of the Highlands Dinner Club. While the menu for the dinner has not been finalized, it will feature Beech Springs Farm‘s heirloom veggies and other locally sourced products from Adams County farms. Dinner will be served in the farm's historic barn. Guests will be entertained with the delightful music of Charlie Fry; followed by an outdoor concert with the Klinger McFry Band.
